FEBRUARY IS SPICE MONTH! You'll find EXOTIC AND EVERYDAY SPICES wafting throughout the menu this month. Everything from Sichuan Peppercorns to Vanilla Beans, Ginger and Coriander. You can probably smell it from there. BASIC COOKING & KNIFE SKILLS is on the menu for those off to a good start and those who want to catch up. ITALIAN WINE BAR SNACKS make an appearance but rest assured they won't last long.
